Andy, my pound pup, has countless personality quirks - the sort of things only a mother could remember...or Pam.
She takes the time to truly get to know the dogs, beyond just learning their favorite toy ... and just generally becomes their other best friend.
She knows and understands dog behavior, she maintains control of her pack with a watchful eye and quick reaction, but always with a loving hand.

 I asked Pam to watch my 3 lovely girls (cats), Winne age 16, Lily 2 and Hannah 1. Well, Pam went
beyond the call of duty. She understands needs. For my old girl, she tidied up her area and made sure she was comfortable. For my younger girls,
she played with them and entertained them so they were not stir crazy. It was a comfort for me to leave my "girls" for a week and know they are
